Throughout the video, I did two things that solved partially the issues:
1. I was unaware, but my primary monitor was running at 60 Hz instead of 144 Hz. I had to mirror both monitors through the NVIDIA control panel rather than using Windows, since this way I can set my 144 Hz monitor to be the one to be mirrored (master) and not the other way around. I fixed it during gameplay.
2. Needed to turn on VSync through NVIDIA control panel to reduce screen-tearing. There's no VSync in OBS Studio so it must be forced externally.
3. OBS Studio has to be executed as admin in order to improve performance.
The next video will be way better (I hope).
As for audio, I yet have to find a workaround.
