This is 1080p ultra settings gameplay on an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 and we must say, the water sure is beautiful.

Check out the best (probably, we hope, XD) ultra graphics water test for the Game Of The Year, the award winning Witcher 3 by CD Projekt RED on PC!

What we did here was align ourselves with the water current the best that we could so that we can see the real time effects both under water and standing in water with the horse besides us.

There's even a part where Geralt is floating underwater, allowing us to get a nice angle. Skip to 25:33 for it!
