While I don't have an e5 Tix yet, I wanted to provide some initial analysis and thoughts. Also, I included some bonus value analysis for the packages included in this event! The tl;dr is BUY THE PUPPET PACKAGE.

NOTE: I forgot about the speed Carrie and Russ skins when I did my analysis, so Tix will still lose to those two until he gets a speed skin of his own.
