Hey everyone, today I wanted to discuss a change some of you might not have even realized happened. Now before we get our pitchforks and torches, this WILL NOT EFFECT YOU if you are not pushing extreme endgame content in Tower of Dream and the new Vortex Vanquisher difficulties. The change is only in those two places (I believe in Realms Gate Corruption 100+ as well). I personally think this could make future and other heroes more viable and not just have Tix be the answer to every game mode in the game.
