If Entropic Lines make a Sudoku solvable... doesn't that reduce Entropy?

Rules for "Entropic Lines 101":
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1-3), a middle digit (4-6), and a high digit (7-9). Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules.

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1-3), a middle digit (4-6), and a high digit (7-9). Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules.
- Digits may not repeat along the indicated diagonals.
