Making our cities more attractive with Sudoku!
45My solve of "Urban Beautification" by Panthera; a new version of a Japanese Sum Sudoku using Kropki Pairs and XV Pairs to place the Japanese Sum totals within the grid.
This is another new creation of Panthera's which she is working on making more of, so hopefully this will serve as a good introduction to this for you.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Japanese Sum Sudoku rules apply . Numbers in blue shaded cells give the sum of shaded digits within the outlined area. Two blue cells together is a 2-digit number. Two blue cells separted means there is at least one unshaded cell between shaded groups.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
- Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. Cells separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are given.
