My solve of "Triple Negative Arrow" by Rodrigo Mahu; a sudoku that uses the Arrow and Ratio constraints.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
- Cells separated by a black dot must have a 1:2 ratio. All black dots are given.
