My solve of "Champagne" by Testarossa. A sudoku using the Arrow and Hidden Killer constraints.

This is the first puzzle I have covered by Testarossa, but I will be looking at more of his puzzles to cover in the future.

This was puzzle 3599 in the Cracking the Cryptic discord archive.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
- Digits cannot repeat in a cage and must sum to the same number for all cages.
