This was puzzle 5294 in the CtC Discord Puzzle Archive.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Any set of three sequential cells along an entropic line must contain a low digit (1-3), a middle digit (4-6), and a high digit (7-9). Digits may repeat on a line if allowed by other rules. A line of length two must not contain digits from the same rank.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.
