Ifrit’s Realm: plasma burns - piano improvisation no. 43
2I wanted to share the simplicity of this song. This of just one sound that reacts based on how hard I’m playing on the keys. As fun as it is, my keys don’t think the same LMAO
Anyway, I was just sharing how this was made / that this song is only two sounds: me playing like this here with this sound + the guitar that comes in later in the original song (that I didn’t add here).
The way that I went about this was thinking of the keys as Congo drums the harder I played. Still a bit of an extended improv since it’s longer than the original.
In other news, I’ve been recording but I haven’t been happy with the outcome due to mistakes. There are just some mistakes I’m not willing to take, especially during improvisation 🤣 but don’t worry, the wait will be worth it for the next piano vids! For a hint: no one has played this on the piano yet (from an anime).
