In my past experiences, goats are assholes in general and it doesn't surprise me that a goat demon would bring help into it's fight.

Upon reflection of the game's map, this boss is TECHNICALLY optional, since you can get to a deep area through a much more scary path, but I absolutely did not want to head that way. It is filled with enemies that I feel are more difficult than Capra, (probably) have more health than the Capra and even respawn. So I always felt this was the easier path. You can technically run past those enemies on the harder path, but it is a bit tricky. This boss is far more cinematic anyway! So yay!
