Installed a spare Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM fan in my Ikegami HTM-1990R to replace the noisy stock fan. If you want to do this mod yourself, besides the fan you’ll need some M4x40mm screws and a soldering iron to splice the wires since the monitor uses a 2-pin connector rather than the 3 or 4 pin standard on most PC case fans. Well worth doing though, the monitor is whisper quiet now rather than the noisy beast it was before.
