I show you how to set up IL 2 Sturmovik 1946 pc version with an Xbox controller.
You will need to download a program called joytokey which is free. You can find that program at this link:
https://joytokey.net/en/

I have the controls set up on my Xbox controller as:
Left stick - Roll left and right and pitch up and down.
Right stick - Yaw left and right ( rudder left and right ).
A and B - Increase and decrease throttle.
Right Shoulder trigger - firing weapons 1 and 2.

The rest of the functions are assigned to keys on the keyboard.
