Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn Raid Guide - Normal/Heroic Il'gynoth Ny'alotha Boss Guide
1,546Il'gynoth Normal and Il'gynoth Heroic guide! Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn is a raid boss in the Ny'alotha raid of BfA. This Nyalotha Il'gynoth boss guide will show you the BfA Il'gynoth abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Il'gynoth fight. Mythic Il'gynoth has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Il'gynoth guide. Footage of Il'gynoth for this boss guide is from PTR raid testing and some mechanics may look different or change when the Ny'alotha raid releases on live servers starting January 21st.
The key to Il'gynoth in kicking all of the Pumping Blood casts from the three Organs of Corruptions in Phase Two. This will get easier in each Organ phase since the previously defeated Organs of Corruption don't need to be interrupted. They will periodically spawn Blood of Ny'alotha adds after defeat.
In Phase One of Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn, simply kite around the Corruptor's Gaze beams and make sure only the active tank is in the Eye of N'zoth frontal beam. On Heroic, you'll also need to quickly CC and drop Mind Controlled players down to 30% health to snap them out of it before they spread their Touch of the Corruptor MC.
In Phase Two, spread to reduce damage from Cursed Blood. Kick Pumping Blood on all living Organs of Corruption, and focus down one Organ per phase. Kite and stagger kills on any Blood of Ny'alotha adds, being careful of their Hemorrhage explosion raid damage on death.
