Do date, i have now lost 6 LBS total in 3 weeks, so i hope you find these tips helpful! i will do another vid if you guys want on this including meal ideas
My Diet Plan tips:
Exercise:
1 - exercise 3-5 days a week
2 - Cardio is important.
3 - Work out at home, out side or in gym
4 - back & biceps , triceps & chest go together.
5 - work out with a partner, motivates.
Diet:
1 - eat smaller portions 5 meals a day
2 - Fruits and Veggies
3 - Cut Sugar / fats from food
4 - read labels, learn foods! (sugar free vs fat free, sodium foods etc)
5 - have a cheat day (gives you something to look forward to)
6 - water water water
- Daily meals should be like this:
Breakfast - 2 egg whites, Low Sugar oatmeal, V8
Snack - hand full of raw almonds, water
Lunch - Turkey lunch meat no cheese Mustard, wheat bread, carrots, apple, water
Snack - Protien shake (no carbs) banana
Dinner - Chicken Breast, Broccoli, brown rice, jello cup
