I had been suffering from dizziness and mild nausea for the past week. Sunday morning, when I got home from my night shift, I couldn't feel the right side of my head from my ear down to my shoulder and down my arm. It turned out that I had a passing blood clot in the brain. I was sent an ambulance immediately.

Today I had a spinal cord test - luckily it wasn't as bad as I first thought. The tests give answers in two parts. Today they could tell that the infection rate from the spinal fluid was a little high, but not critical.

I should have had a Duplex Ultrasound scan of the coronary artery. But they would rather have a more detailed picture, so tomorrow I will have some more MRI scans taken. They think the results of the spinal tests should be compared with the MRI scans that I will have tomorrow. Then a neurologist must go over the whole thing.

So a lot of new and nothing new at the same time. Don't know much more than I did yesterday, unfortunately. Hopefully I'll know something more concrete tomorrow.
I'm still not quite at the top. Suffering from flu-like symptoms and the dizziness I've had all along. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

But I am in good hands here at home, and my little brother has been a huge support in spending his days off at the hospital with me โ™ฅ๏ธ
