ALL TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
Prerequisites - Every Contestant MUST MAKE a NEW CHARACTER with Discipled1v1 in their gamertag. Examples: Discipled1v1Gamertag, GamertagDiscipled1v1 or any variation with Discipled1v1 in it is acceptable. Feel free to ask if your name is acceptable :)
The Prep for the Tourney -
~ All contestants have til the day of the tournament to go through the dungeons starting at level 1 on the character they made up until ONLY level 20 to find gear for them to use during the tournament while staying at or below gear score 124. 0-124 gear score ONLY.
~ ALL GEAR MUST SAY "FOUND BY" YOUR CHARACTER NAME IN ORDER TO BE ELIBIBLE FOR USE IN YOUR MATCH!
~ No Socketing allowed.
The Tournament Itself -
~ The Livestream will start at 6pm CDT Saturday April 19th and I will give everyone some time to gather into stream to get ready for their matches. *If you are uncomfortable being in content, I suggest not participating as eah match I will commentate over and put into a video later on.
~ I will invite each contestant to my party to inspect their gear in gathering hall before their match, and then I will pick a map at random for each match up to be in. The first module we spawn in will be the arena for the fight.
~ I will be on a Rez Cleric, and I will clear half of said module of any mobs and leave the other half alive. Contestants may choose where they fight within that module, but if they move to the half with mobs and die to mobs, that will result in a loss to one of their best of 3's.
~ I will rez any players that die so they can complete their best of 3's.
~ The winner of the best of 3's will move on to the next bracket to face the other winners.
~ The winner of the entire Tournament will win a 10$ Steam Giftcard and also have the option to upgrade their reward to a 25$ Steam Giftcard by beating me in a 1v1, best of 1. If they lose this 1v1, they will still receive their 10$ giftcard.
RULES:
~ No Toxic/disrespectful behavior, keep things PG and respectful. Such behavior is subject to disqualification. I'm a family friendly streamer.
~ One small detail I forgot in the video. Druid users can't stay in rat form longer than 10 seconds or it will result in a forfeit of one of their best of 3's.
~ I didn't mention this in the video too but I've decided to allow the use of merchants when it comes to purchasing meds/arrows. Gear on the other hand cannot be purchased. Still only "found by" gear.
