After starting a lawsuit against Ripple and going after numerous other crypto organizations, the SEC is now being targeted by the US courts for mishandling their case. It's to a point where the SEC could face sanctions. This seems like it would be bullish news for XRP, and the rest of crypto. But what happened to the price of XRP in response to this news?
