Pretty fun first person roguelite dungeon crawler, this was a run I did just to have something to do while grinding out minion kills for achievements. Plague medallion means you die in one hit and so does every enemy including bosses, so its viable to even just use the basic pistol and nothing else for an entire run.

My first clear using plague medallion is also uploaded, I just used Seth and played fairly conservatively, it's pretty easy doing that:

The game itself is pretty fun, but some of its achievements are a bit too grindy -- I did everything else in the game by around 20 hours and 10k kills and had to keep playing another 25 hours to hit 25k kills.

I already did it on my earlier run, but this would have counted for achievement:
