Here's how to Import iCal into Google Calendar & Outlook Calendar.

i. Outlook calendar is a popular service that allows you to manage your events and appointments across your devices. If you want to sync your Outlook calendar with your iPhone, you can follow these steps:

1. **Add your Outlook account to your iPhone** by going to Settings - Mail - Accounts - Add Account and choosing Outlook.com or Exchange. Enter your email address and password and tap Next. Make sure the Calendars option is turned on.
2. **Check your sync settings** and make sure your iPhone calendar is syncing with Outlook. You can do this by going to Settings - Calendar - Sync and choosing All Events or a shorter time frame. You can also go to Settings - Calendar - Default Calendar and choosing Outlook as the default.
3. **Check your network connection** and make sure your iPhone is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network that is fast and reliable. You can also try switching to a different network or turning on Airplane Mode and then turning it off again.
4. **Check your device settings** and make sure they are not interfering with the sync process. You can do this by turning off Low Power Mode, which can disable background activity, by going to Settings - Battery and tapping the toggle switch. You can also update your iOS software to the latest version by going to Settings - General - Software Update.
5. **Restart your iPhone and Outlook app** and see if that helps. You can restart your iPhone by pressing and holding the power button until you see the slide to power off option. You can restart your Outlook app by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and closing it from the app switcher.

ii. If your Outlook calendar is not showing meetings, you can follow these steps:

1. **Check your calendar view** and make sure you are in the Calendar View in Outlook. You can do this by clicking on the second icon that looks like a calendar on the bottom left corner of Outlook. You can also change the view settings by going to View - Change View and choosing a different option.
2. **Check your sync settings** and make sure your Outlook calendar is syncing with your online account. You can do this by going to File - Info - Account Settings - Account Settings and selecting your email account. Then, click on Change - More Settings - Advanced and make sure Use Cached Exchange Mode is checked. You can also adjust the Mail to keep offline setting to All or a longer time frame.
3. **Check your internet connection** and make sure you are connected to a stable network. You can also try switching to a different network or restarting your router or modem. Sometimes, a poor or interrupted connection can cause sync issues between Outlook and the online servers.
4. **Check your meeting invitations** and make sure you have accepted them and they are not in the Deleted Items folder. You can also check if you have set up Outlook to automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations by going to View - Calendar Options - Resource Scheduling and checking the box next to Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations.
5. **Check for updates** and make sure you have the latest version of Outlook and Windows on your device. You can do this by going to File - Office Account - Update Options - Update Now for Outlook and Settings - Update & Security - Windows Update for Windows.
