Improve Sword Self-Defense - Metro Sonic
12I have been meditating for several days and use a simulation during mental training to see how the new sword self-defense technique would turn out to be.
it has been about a decade since I took on the swordsmanship when I receive my swords from a friend of one of my previous employers.
so it's good that I used the training weapons first before the actual weapons and perform many techniques with lots of skills and concentrations combine them all into success for self-defense in swordsmanship.
and I learned several other new techniques from other Masters out there so it's still getting worked on but so far it looks outstanding.
