Incendiary Rounds: Bullets apply additional fire damage!
It's based on total damage, so it gains bonus damage with High Caliber.
On Fire status is visual only, does not apply damage.
Most other fire effects have damage over time with the highest DoT taking priority,
Incendiary Rounds applies its damage in one tick so it won't make other fire effects less useful.
On fire status can trigger the Mercenary ultimate skill dealing 25% extra damage.
