89I'm just gonna come out and say it... Surgeon Simulator 2013 by Bossa Studios let's you play with people's insides - so probably not for the squeamish. Imagine you're a surgeon, but you only can control your fingers in the way you control the horse's feet in CLOP. It's inarticulate, but somehow pretty funny when the patient's lungs start flying from their body. The goal is to perform a heart transplant... but that's not exactly what the majority of "doctors" who play this game will end up doing.
