At the very end of the Evil Karma mission with Fetch, Fight Intolerants (if you choose to Corrupt her), Delsin records Fetch murdering the Lifeline leader, blaming the activists for her violent behavior. Afterwards, feeling a surge of energy and wanting to burn it off, she asks Delsin if he wants to hook up, and although Delsin suggests that there's more activists out there and is initially hesitant in responding to her advancements, she reels him in and they start to passionately make out.
