• New Character, New City -- Delsin Rowe is the new protagonist and main character of the Infamous series, he will slowly develop powers as he starts to gain new abilities. Seattle is the core city that Second Son revolves around, giving new gameplay options to help Delsin navigate through.
• Karmic choices -- Almost every decision that Delsin takes will affect his karmic energy, and how the people of Seattle and major characters view him, as a symbol of hope or corruption.
• New Powers -- Delsin Rowe has the natural ability to absorb the powers of other conduits. His main power is smoke; this allows him to turn smoke into is advantage, by shooting bullets of smoke from his hands to using his orbital drop move to ascend high into the air and dive down to explode in a devastating blast.
• The DUP is in CONTROL -- The Department of Unified Protection is a government agency that is posted in Seattle to stop bio terrorism. The DUP will be Delsin's foes as he tries to free the city from their grips.
