Delsin continues his mission in Seattle, and he encounters the next Conduit. Fetch, the neon powered drug killer. Delsin needs her powers if he hopes to confront Augustine. Her powers make her hard to catch so Delsin will have to find where she hides. When he finds her she thinks that Delsin is a DUP agent. Forcing a confrontation between the two.
