•This is technically the third time I release Flare Star under a different name. Todd will be proud of me.
•Many fixes are included in this version. The notable ones being a fix to an issue that cause sound to persist in interior cells and a fix to flames spawning in the air. This version also has improved 3D-like sound effects and improved visuals.
•Use console command to get the spell/spell tome. If someone want to do proper implementation and upload it on nexus, go ahead.
