The Story is near its Finale.
Basim's investigation to find the Head of The Snake is over and the leader of The Order of the Ancients is revealed to be former Caliphs' wife "Qabiha" (Al-Bahamut).
Qabiha has fled her rooms at the Harem and hidden herself in the palace which is heavily guarded by her soldiers. Basim reports about his investigation to his mentor, Roshan who then tasks him to infiltrate the palace and assassinate Qabiha once and for all. But when he confronts Qabiha inside the palace, she claimed that she knew the truth about him being more than a mere human being. She asked Basim to come to Alamut with her to visit the sacred temple in order to know more and the reason behind the jinni in his nightmares.
However, what happens next makes Basim to lose his faith in his mentor, Roshan and he leaves for Alamut himself along with Nehal. Roshan threatens Basim that she shall kill him if he he really goes and visits the temple.
