I opted for a heavy regrowth strat because we ran 2 resto druids, however the tank healing that I did do needs some optimizations.

In the future I'll probably keep lifebloom rolling on the main Shadow girl tank (prot warrior), and only use Rejuv and Regrowth on the offtank (Bear) and save swiftmend for him when necessary. Trying to constantly reapply 3 stack lifebloom to each tank when they keep swapping back and forth at random isn't gonna work. This will also free up more globals for regrowth which is extremely important since you need as much flame sear healing as you can get on this boss.

If you don't run double resto druid then you'll be tank healing for the most part and won't be able to heal flame sear much at all.
