Insanely Strong Build To Make Contact With The Final Boss | Forgotten Mines - Part 2
Hello everyone! We are back with some more Forgotten Mines. I had been playing this game offstream for a few runs, always going with the same pattern. I have fun during the first area, and then I start struggling because I don't get good loot, until an enemy just destroys one of my units in one turn. Then I just die and repeat. The main reasons of my struggles being the lack of good loot when reaching the latest part of Area 2 (blaming the shop a lot), specially when talking about armour, and the not helpful events, that would usually just make everything worse. In this run, I just took the neutral decisions during the events I found in the first two areas (no effect at all is better than whatever else they thought it was an interesting event) and luckily enough found good items and some good upgrades while leveling up. Because of all that, I wasn't really recording (like I mentioned by the end, I had died around 5 times already just because I could never find good loot), but I decided to start recording once I saw the run was going well and this was the outcome... Finally got to beat a run. And, just so you know, I wasn't really upgrading the meta-progression (oh, yes, I did a bit, I got healing by the end of an area, but wasn't really helpful, because it would only heal you after a boss fight and I usually have plenty of time after beating a boss to heal my units anyways.
I might try to unlock other units for other runs, but I quickly wanted to share my first victory in this game with you.
