More technology from Russia, there are actually many ventilator producers in Russia by private and state owned companies who are very needed in the current global pandemic that is still going on. This is one is one is from the arsenal of a branch by Russian state owned company Rostec, basically the Russian state produces Medical equipment, machines and many other vital products for its own healthcare system, something you wont find inside the EU, Japan and the US. As subsidies are the only logic inside the west.
There were alot of 'imo' basless accusation against this Rostec company, in how these ventilators were responsible for a fire written by Private owned media in Russia and the West, but tests and Investigations have shown no sign for that as you can see here and in this video with 100 hour tests.
