Inspiration Engine Overview Development Update 1

Its all starting to take shape. The Inspiration Engine is certainly a lot of fun to work with and I have enjoyed working with it despite blowing up the multiplexer chips on a couple of units!

I am trying to stick to the Ardunio framework as much as possible to ensure it is as accessible to everyone, but as with all good platforms, people can approach it how they like, just using Lua, Arduino if they want to do more involved things or even other toolchains for the ESP32.
