The steps are shown for 8 participants but is possible for any multiple of 4 (within the limits of the size of your room!)
You need plenty of room and suitable music. An Irish reel or hornpipe for example. Each homologous chromosome replicates to become 2 sister chromatids joined by a common centromere.
