An updated look at Retroarch installation and configuration on the PS Vita with overlays, thumbnails in playlists, and limited shader support with the
"Pigs in a Blanket" build.
I've downloaded and modified the pathnames for many of the bezel packs from the Bezel Project for the Vita and uploaded the compressed folders to archive.org
