Installing Home Assistant
--------------------------------------------------------------------
   01. Log into the Debian device
   02. Run the following commands in a terminal:
         # update software repositories
         sudo apt update
         # install available updates
         sudo apt upgrade -y
         # install some prerequisites
         sudo apt install jq wget curl udisks2 libglib2.0-bin network-manager dbus -y
         # install docker
         curl -fsSL https://get.docker.com | sudo sh
         # download home assistant os-agent
         wget https://github.com/home-assistant/os-agent/releases/download/1.2.2/os-agent_1.2.2_linux_x86_64.deb
         # install home assistant os-agent
         sudo dpkg -i os-agent_1.2.2_linux_x86_64.deb
         # download home assistant package
         wget https://github.com/home-assistant/supervised-installer/releases/latest/download/homeassistant-supervised.deb
         # install home assistant
         sudo dpkg -i homeassistant-supervised.deb
   03. Open a web browser and navigate to http://DNSorIP:8123/
   04. Wait while Home Assistant initializes
   05. Enter a Name, Username and Password to create a Home Assistant user account ≫ Click Create Account
   06. Enter a Name for this Home Assistant installation (ie Home)
   07. Click Detect to set the installation geolocation
   08. Verify the Unit System and Currency ≫ Click Next
   09. Select any anonymous data to share with the Home Assistant development team ≫ Click Next
   10. Click Finish
   11. Welcome to Home Assistant
