I had to Install Service Pack 1 & 2 for Vista because Software that can run Vista needs SP1 or SP2. I also need SP2 because Legacy Update requires it, I need that I want to use to get Ultimate Extras (Yes I chose the Ultimate Edition). The original Windows Update that relies on SHA-1 Endpoint, Microsoft stopped for security reasons. Which makes it impossible to use the Windows Update, Newer OS starting Windows 8 have SHA-256, but Windows 7 uses SHA-1 which can be Updated to SHA-256 by installing the updates of it. Unfortunately for Windows Vista and Older OS (Expect it's Server Counterpart which can be Updated just like 7 & 2008 R2), there is no Update for that because these OS were out of support from Microsoft. So that is the only way I can still get the Ultimate Extras and also Important Updates, because they are not available in Microsoft Update Catalog, well there is Updates for Vista but it take a long time to find and install the appropriate updates for Vista. Of course there are post SP2 updates that are required need to be installed for Legacy Update, so yeah that's why it needs SP2.

I found out why the computer is freezing and locking up the OS, it turns out a RAID software cause the Vista OS to freeze for no reason, so what I had to do is reinstall the OS and not installing the RAID. I also not to install any motherboard drivers for Vista expect ACPI driver, for precaution.
