Looking at the performance loss from running integrated graphics solutions such as Intel HD 5500 graphics in single channel memory mode as opposed to dual channel memory.
Because running in single channel memory mode halves the total memory bandwidth available to the CPU and integrated graphics it has a significant impact on gaming performance - in our test the dual channel memory configuration giving 38% higher frame rates.
