The government of India has notified NPS rules for central govt employees covered under National Pension System through a gazette notification dated 30th March 2021.CCS(Implementation of NPS) Rules 2021 has been exclusively framed for the Central Govt employees, thus seperating it from others. Now NPS subscribers have good time i n terms of regular deposit of contribution,generation of PRAN, timely deposits of First Contribution,interest payment on delayed deposit of nps contribution.Employees contribution as well as Government contribution schedule has also been prescribed in NPS rules 6.This video contains interest payable by the government on delayed credit of NPS contribution under rule 4,6 and 7 of ccs nps rule 2021, as also the disciplinary action that may be taken against the delinquent official including recovery of interest.
