During a 100% run attempt, I realized that I had forgotten the Elephant in the Room trinket. Upon completion of the intermission, I decided to immediately teleport to the nearest portal to this trinket, namely, the one in the room above the V. Everything was fine until I pressed teleport. The game disappeared Viridian as is normal for a teleport but never spat him out at the end teleporter location. I kept the game running in this state for another 2-3 minutes without anything significant happening; the music remained the same, and to my knowledge no inputs to the game were possible. I decided for the sake of documentation to upload the recording of the leadup and immediate aftermath of the teleport. The subsequent waiting and previous run I deemed unlikely to be of much importance.

If anyone can explain what happened here, can reproduce the glitch, or otherwise has any input to give or question to ask, please leave a comment! I’d love to know what happened to cause this.
