Frankie McDonald was the trumpet player for Joe Dolan's band "The Drifters" for almost 40 years, he was also a reoccurring opening act for Brendan Grace's comedy shows for 10 years, in this interview, I'll be speaking to him about touring in Russia with Joe, and playing in an army band for John F Kennedy's trip to Ireland.

I'll also be speaking to Frankie's daughter, Lorraine, who is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist that has appeared in many bands! She also has met Nathan Carter and Daniel O'Donnell
