0I heavy dislike complicated dungeons (yeah, I'm trying to avoid the "h-word"). Xenogears has its fair share of them, going all the way back to the sewers where I spent close to 3 hours getting lost and facing off against murder demons. The provided maps probably end up doing more harm than good, too.
Deus, the final dungeon in Xenogears, is both complicated in design, and difficult to look at. The constant barrage of battles as I was trying to find my way also added to the frustration. Apologies for some of the accelerated battles - I just needed to get my bearings on where the hell I was.
At least the "rocking chair narration" is done.
