This is one possible replacement for "Death by Glamour", depending on your choices throughout Shadow's Edge.

Commentary:

*Napstablook swaps with Mettaton, definitively.* Napstablook is a big music producer in SHADOW'S EDGE, while Mettaton is a "Nobody" similar to his appearance in Deltarune, and also serves as the midboss of the Ruined Capital.
Motivated by ERAM, not only is Napstablook a major music producer (though any details about them as a person are hidden to most except ERAM and Undyne, similar to some ARG artists) but also can serve as a formidable, threatening presence throughout Shadow's Edge. They and ERAM work to design the traps, puzzles, and trials found throughout Shadow's Edge, often forcing you to go back and take a darker path in order to progress, so that you never quite feel like you're going the right way. Napstablook does not wish to fuse to any single body, but rather uses their ghost powers to fluidly switch between possessing different things, sometimes even the same body as the protagonist, directing them off course. They rarely appear in ghost form.
(But there are plenty of hints dropped that the whole thing is an act.)
