Into the Stars
3Into the Stars is a game where you take the role of Captain in this Space Survival Simulation as you explore into a giant star system in search of a new home for humanity.
Its basically FTL mixed with Star Trek Bridge Commander
This has been said many times before but this game is a mix between FTL and Star Trek Bridge Commander. However this is VERY early access and it tells. The game has a lot of potential and I just hope the devs keep on top of it.
Positives
- However even at this early stage the graphics are great I have to say. It looks very good good in parts.
- I liked the crew selection screen and you had to be really careful who you picked
- Exploring planets was interesting and really beneficial.
Cons/Suggestions
- This game badly needs to explain things a little better, a simple hint system would probably help at this early stage.
- The ship needs to be FASTER its so slow and dull at parts.
- I would like to see during combat like Star Trek the bridge turning colour like Yellow and Red during alerts.
- Maybe a choice to go round different parts of the ship to explore a bit during the boring travelling.
Mainly this game is at the moment not too bad, however I would struggle to recommend in its current state.
