My humble suggestion for FROM to separately balance PvP and PvE elements with the use of arena. Separate the already separated community officially, let both parties breathe and have a good balancing with stronger community. The fact that we have different effects for rings in PvP (compared to PvE) suggests that FROM have already toyed with this idea before, I hope they one-up it with the introduction of arena in DLC...
