Hello, I am David Andersson, and welcome to the video where I introduce the game that I will give away this month which is February 2013. Details on how to win are at the end of the post.
If you haven't guessed the game is Antichamber. It is an indie puzzle-platform game developed by Alexander Bruce.
Antichamber is designed to confuse you in every imaginable way. That said, for most puzzles you just have to use the correct approach and it will actually be faily easy to solve the puzzles. Some people will breeze through it whilst others will be stuck forever.
What I have played of Antichamber was fairly enjoyable. I found that being observant is the key to completing most puzzles. If you seem to be stuck, turn around and see if the world behind you hasn't changed. Instead of jumping over gaps first walk towards them and see what happens if you jump and what happens if you just walk.
Other than that keep in mind the objective of the game. Often it is trying to use your preconseptions about how to advance through a standard first person game to deliberately get you lost. That said, in later parts of the game when you think you have figured out the game suddenly ordinary first person tactics will work again.
Now, in order for me to give you this game you have to leave a comment on one of the videos I upload over the next seven days. The particular video will have a graphic in it somewhere that will prompt you to leave a comment to enter to win. Alternatively I will post something on Facebook and Twitter to indicate which video the graphic is in. Links to my Facebook page and Twitter account are above. Also, you have to be subscribed to my channel to win.
From that video I will select a random comment who will be the winner. I will show you the selection process in a video on the first of March.
For now, good luck, thank you very much for reading and until next time.
