Helloooo.

Ive decided to do a project, it involves me looking terrific and sweaty every day of the week.

I'll be doing a CFT (Combat Fitness Test) every working day of the week and i'll record my results for you to laugh at.

I wont just do The push ups, sit ups and the mile and half, I'll be adding variations of those excursuses and adding extra things like pullups and extra training (Bag work, wooden dummy for example)
