yes its the same build that poped up on reddit ages ago, everyoen kinda dumped it after the 9.21 patch but im still using it and doing good, its a lot harder early game but as long as u can rotate and manage to survive you should be fine, the only main change i noticed is that instead of leveling up to 8 and relrolling fast after wolfes i do it just before rapters (after the caurusel thing) and in most cases im either 70hp cuz i had good mid game with shyvana or aatrox, or im 20hp and rolling every turn to keep my self afloat.
(aka dragon sorc, lvl8 rush, korean rush etc...)
