Invision Game Community Trailer
IGC (Invision Game Community) a site that was first created as a blog back in 2011 for friends to express their opinions on the games they love. Over time the site has grown into a Games and Entertainment website with a dedicated bunch of volunteers from around the globe, from students to general gamers that just want to put their thoughts on paper. We do not aim to be a professional media website, just a website for people to join and enjoy their time creating content which they are proud of.
When our site owner was in university he kept on hearing the same line being used from employers or similar, from students;
“Unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful. We felt other applicants had more relevant experience in the role you applied for and therefore on this occasion, we will not be progressing with your application. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.”
So from 2013 he moved the site in a new direction and started heading to Universities, and Schools in his local area, promoting the gaming world to parents and young adults. Showing off all the jobs available in the industry and putting to rest the idea that gaming is not all about playing games and nothing else. By doing this he found out the students also wanted to create their own blogs, write their own content and was asked if Invision would offer an opportunity for students to gain valuable work experience to take with them into the job market.
So from that point, Invision Game Community felt that it was important to try and help provide students and graduates with opportunities to build up and improve their C.V. and we are committed to helping them by offering valuable work experience.
Our aim is to carry on providing a news service and grow so we can aid more students and graduates with the opportunities to gain the experience they need to take with them into their future careers. We also work with some amazing Partners from PCGamerN, ZERGNET, Allcdkeys, TSHost and Sucuri.
Every student that writes for us is encouraged to create there own blog, website, streaming channel and anything else they wish to do. We feel that everyone should be given the opportunity to grow and one day, do their own thing. IGC is something that has been done over and over and there are thousands of such sites out there just like us, so we want to see something new, to push gaming news in a whole new way.
Our Youtube Channel showcases the latest game trailer for all press announcements that are posted on our main website https://invisioncommunity.co.uk.
