74The video is a poor demonstrations, but it gets the point across. I'dd say the ION drums are about 25% as loud as the RB1 drums. If you hit the ION pads as hard as you can, they don't get much louder than when you lightly tap them. The Rock Band one drums have a much harsher and louder sound and when you hit them very hard they are very loud. I think my camera might be adjusting the volume to keep it level which voids the purpose of this video. Just trust me, the ION pads are very quiet, and dull sounding.
