TLDR: Lower the RAM on your server. Don't breed too many animals at once. This is only a POSSIBLE fix.

UPDATE: In the past few hours (since posting this video) it seems I have solved the issue for our server (I'm 90% sure). I confirmed what I had already assumed, the breeding of animals (and the number of animals/mobs) triggers the error and it continues even after the animals are killed. I was able to help prevent this by LOWERING the RAM allocated to my server from 3GB to 1GB. I know that sounds crazy, but it seriously worked. Hopefully it will work for other people, I'm sure this isn't the ONLY cause for this error.

A quick collection of odd happenings on my server which suffers from the Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException error on Minecraft. Most notably, an item duplication bug.

The server was having this error consistently for a while, I figured out that it had something to do with the amount of livestock I had (not very many). I killed off a lot of them and the problem went away for a few weeks. Then tonight I decided to breed my cows (12 in total... 6 babies) and then the error started happening again.

Please show your support for this error. We who suffer from it are many.

I would like to add, I think this error is too broad to say that everyone gets it for the same reason. I would also say that sometimes it is a client-specific issue, and sometimes it's for the whole server. I have personally experienced both with my sever.
